Amanda joined McArthurGlen in March 2000 as Human Resources Manager and was appointed Director of Human Resources in December 2001.

Prior to joining McArthurGlen, Amanda worked for Cambridge Consulting Services in Australia as a HR Consultant, working with blue-chip organizations and start-up companies designing HR strategies and systems. Prior to her role as a HR Consultant, Amanda was National Resource Manager at Cambridge and prior to that worked in recruitment and executive search and selection. As a consultant, the main industries Amanda worked with were Property; Retail and Banking & Finance. Prior to that, Amanda started her career in Retail with Country Road, one of Australia's top lifestyle brands.
