Eric Decouvelaere joined McArthurGlen in August 2005 as Group Retail Director, overseeing the company's retail strategy and retail operations throughout the UK and Europe.

Mr Decouvelaere was more recently with Harrods where he served as Strategy and Business Development Director since July 2003. He also served as Deputy Buying and Merchandising Director for Printemps (part of the Pinault Printemps Redoute Group), the major French department store chain where he was responsible for reorganising the Buying and Merchandising Division.
