Luigi joined McArthurGlen in October 2001 as Centre Manager of Serravalle and was appointed Regional Director, Southern Europe in February 2008.

His commercial accolades include an increase in store numbers, rising from sixty to an impressive one hundred and eighty. This uplift has contributed to a €200m turnover for the Seravalle business.

Prior to joining McArthurGlen, Luigi played a key role at Swiss-based Dufry (previously the Weitnauer Group), one of the biggest players in the duty-free industry.

During his seven-year term at Dufry. Luigi's responsibility spanned Retail and General Management, playing a pivotal role in managing the business's duty-free and duty-paid outlets across several Italian Airports.
