As Non-executive Director, Mr Radice works closely with McArthurGlen's Chairman, J.W. Kaempfer and the company's Chief Executive Officer, Julia Calabrese, to help design centre strategy and brand mix and to analyse performance and recommend new initiatives for performance improvement where necessary.
Mr Radice has enjoyed a hugely successful career in retail, latterly at Marks & Spencer plc as Executive Director of the Home Group.
Prior to this, Mr Radice was responsible for transforming the fortunes of leading department store Selfridges, which he joined in 1996 as Managing Director, and his success led to him quickly becoming Chief Executive.
In 1990 Mr Radice joined Habitat International as Buying Director, and two years later was appointed Managing Director, transforming the company's losses of £7 million into profits of over £14 million.
