    Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet is a shopping centre featuring a range of high-street and designer labels at discounts of up to 60 per cent off regular retail prices. Different brands own and manage their own stores, which look and feel very similar to stores on the high street or elsewhere - with a mix of in season and on trend stock. Other outlet amenities include ample parking, cash points, and an excellent selection of cafés, bars and restaurants.

  • What kind of savings can I expect to find at Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet?

    You'll find savings of up to 60 per cent off the regular retail price of all merchandise. During our sale periods, in January and July, some discounts rise as high as 70 per cent. Plus, our Special Offers page details other promotions available to customers throughout the year.

    At Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet, we sell excess and end-of-season merchandise from fashion, sport and home brands, while some high street stores offer discounts on their own brands. "Seconds" are always clearly marked.

  • Where can I park my car?

    All of our centres offer ample parking that's either on-site or within a short walk. You can download a map of Cheshire Oaks Designer Outlet before you visit, with the car parks clearly marked.

    The use of coupons and vouchers is entirely at the discretion of each retailer, so please check them with retailers directly to be sure.

  • Can I return or exchange items?

    Returns and exchanges are handled by each individual retailer, and subject to each retailer's own policy. Return and exchange policies should be posted clearly in the store. Similarly, defective or faulty merchandise should be addressed with the retailer directly.

  • I am a tourist, visiting the UK. Will I be able to reclaim my VAT?

    VAT refunds are at each individual store's discretion, so please inquire with each retailer to learn about specific policies.
