To book, please contact us at least 24 hours before you visit. We'll arrange to meet you with your welcome packs on arrival to our centre.

We're pleased to have installed a Changing Places Facility, which is designed to support families and carers of disabled people who require the use of a hoist, changing bench and/or a centrally located toilet.

You can find our Changing Places facility located at Guest Services, next to Clarks.

The following services are available from our Guest Services currently located next to our Clarks store.

• Mobility Hire - Electric scooters and Wheelchairs, free of charge. Please call 01773 545 007 ahead of your visit to pre-book. Bring one form of photo ID with you when collecting any mobility hire.
