REGULATION OF

"New Balance contest game."

From 03 to 10 August

 

ARTICLE 1

McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Luxembourg, 199 Route d'Arlon, 6780 Messancy organises a free game without obligation to purchase entitled "New Balance Contest Game" from 03 to 10 August 2018 included under the conditions defined below.

ARTICLE 2

Participation is open to any natural person over 18 years of age. Only the staff members of the companies having participated directly or indirectly in the organization or the realization of the game as well as their direct parents, i.e. spouses, parents and children (McArthurGlen Luxembourg internal teams and the staff of the sales teams of the McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Luxembourg shops) cannot take part in the contest.

Any postal participation is excluded.

ARTICLE 3

To participate in the Game, candidates must meet all of the following requirements:

- Go to the Facebook post

- Comment the post by indicating their answer to the question asked         

Any person is deemed to have read, understood and accepted, without reserve, the rules as soon as he comments the post facebook.

Anyone who does not meet these conditions may not participate in the game or must be excluded.

Compliance with these conditions of participation will be verified using the information provided with the participants' reply forms. These indications are a declaration on honour and will be sufficient proof of compliance with the conditions.

Any incomplete or illegible information cannot be considered valid.

Any other mode of participation in the game (including postal) is excluded.

ARTICLE 4

Summary of allocations :

A gift card of 100€, usable up to 1 year after reception, in the New Balance boutique of the Centre McArthurGlen Luxembourg.

The Organising Company reserves the right, in the event of events beyond its control and if circumstances so require, to replace the endowment by another of equivalent value, without any claim may be made in this respect by the winner.

The prize may not be exchanged, taken back or the subject of a financial consideration or a financial equivalent of the prize, by the Organising Company.

The Organising Company declines all responsibility for any incidents or damages of any nature that may occur as a result of the use of the endowment allocated and/or as a result of its use, which the winner expressly acknowledges.

No claim relating to the use of the endowment may be made.

A random draw will choose a winner among the comments you post on Facebook.

The winner will be selected on August 13 and notified through his Facebook account.

If the winner does not give an answer after 6 days, a reminder will be sent. If he still does not give an answer after 6 more days, he will automatically lose his win.

ARTICLE 5

Participation in the game implies the express and unreserved acceptance of these rules, in all its stipulations, as well as the laws and regulations applicable to contests in force in Belgium.

ARTICLE 6

The Organizing Companies reserve the right to shorten, extend, modify or cancel the Contest in the event of a case of force majeure which would make it impossible to continue the Contest in accordance with the provisions of the Regulations.

The Organizing Companies shall not be liable for any damage, direct or indirect, whatever the cause, origin, nature or consequences, even if it has been advised of the possibility of such damage, caused by reason of:

1. a malfunction of the Internet network or computer equipment (hardware and/or software and/or databases and/or data) of a Participant or of any person or company related to the organisation of the Game or, more generally, of any other problem related to (tele)communications networks, means and services, computers (online or otherwise), servers, Internet access and/or hosting providers, computer equipment or software, databases and data of anyone;

2. access by anyone to the Site or the impossibility of accessing it.

3. the use or impossibility of using the Site, including any deterioration or virus that could infect the Participant's and/or the Organising Company's computer equipment or any other property;

4. the impossibility for the winners to use their prize or any dissatisfaction of any nature whatsoever when using it

5. loss or theft, occurring during delivery.

ARTICLE 7

The endowment may not be exchanged or paid in cash. The gift card is personal and an identity document will be required when the card is handed over.

ARTICLE 8

The winner authorizes the contest organizers in advance to use their names and addresses in all advertising and promotional events related to this contest without such use opening any rights other than the prize won.

In application of the law of 8 December 1992 (protection of privacy), the information obtained during this competition may be used by the organising Company, its subsidiaries, its sister companies for persons of any other nationality or residing abroad, or its commercial network, to inform participants of the existence of products or services at the Company, within the framework of commercial and direct marketing actions.

The latter may at any time, by separate letter, ask McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Luxembourg to stop communicating such data to these companies. They will benefit from a right of access, rectification and deletion, relating to the data which concern them by writing to the following address: McArthurGlen Luxembourg, 199 route d'Arlon, 6780 Messancy.

ARTICLE 9

The organisers reserve the right to carry out any checks that appear desirable to verify the identity of participants.

ARTICLE 10

The winner will have 10 days after the reminder email is sent to withdraw the prize. The winner must present himself in person at the McArthurGlen Centre Luxembourg reception to collect his prize. It will not be given to anyone other than the winner.

ARTICLE 11

The complete rules are available free of charge at the Centre's reception or upon written request at the McArthurGlen game address, 199 route d'Arlon, 6780 Messancy.

ARTICLE 12

All cases provided for by the present rules will be dealt with by the organising companies whose decision will be final.

Any dispute relating to the interpretation or application of these rules shall be submitted in advance to the organisers, whose decision shall be immediately binding.

ARTICLE 13

This competition and the related rules are governed by Belgian law.
