REFER-A-FRIEND

Referrer Rewards

  • You must have a Registered McArthurGlen Club Account in order to participate in the Refer-A-Friend Promotion.

 

  • You will be offered a McArthurGlen reward, such as a 10% Off Pass or any other discount provided by the Operator (the “Referral Reward”), for each friend that creates a Registered McArthurGlen Club Account (a “Referred Friend”). The Referred Friend will also receive a Referral Reward.

 

  • The Referral Reward can only be redeemed at the Outlet you selected when you registered your McArthurGlen Club Account (your “Preferred Centre”).

 

  • The Referral Reward may be subject to separate terms and conditions either: a) on receipt of the Referral Reward in your McArthurGlen Wallet; and b) at the point of redemption. Such terms and conditions will be subject to your verification.

 

  • You may refer a friend to the McArthurGlen Club through the following methods:

 

  1. You sharing a unique URL referral link (the “Referral Link”) via your preferred use of communication to each Referred Friend who is happy to receive a Referral Reward and who does not already have a Registered McArthurGlen Club Account;
  2. each Referred Friend entering your name and email address on the McArthurGlen Club website, subject to each Referred Friend having your consent to do so.
  • McArthurGlen at its absolute discretion may discontinue either method of referral at any point.

 

  • McArthurGlen will notify you of the method of how to refer a friend in your McArthurGlen Club Wallet. In the event that a Referral Link is provided, you agree to act responsibly and not misuse and/or spam your contacts.

 

  • In order for the referral to qualify, the Referred Friend must: 1) not already have a Registered McArthurGlen Club Account; and 2) be eligible to become a McArthurGlen Club Member.

 

  • Subject to the below, you may refer as many individuals as you wish. Once the Referral Link is circulated to the Referred Friend, this will remain valid for 12 months from the date of the referral.

 

  • You may not earn more than 2 Referral Rewards within any 24 hour period or 25 Referral Rewards within a continuous 12 month period, and each Referral Reward can only be used individually and not in conjunction with any other Referral Reward or any other Treats and Rewards.

 

  • Referral Rewards are non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is offered.

 

  • Referral Rewards will be delivered to your McArthurGlen Club Wallet on the day the Referred Friend’s Registered McArthurGlen Club Account is confirmed by McArthurGlen and will be valid for 90 days or for such period as your McArthurGlen Club Membership remains active.
  • Please note that, in order to activate a Referral Reward, you must first scan a participating brand’s QR code, which will be available at the store checkout area. On doing so, your validated Referral Reward will be displayed. Please show this to the cashier at the checkout in order to redeem this when purchasing an item.
  • Please refer to the Referral Reward in your McArthurGlen Club Wallet for a list of brands participating in this promotion at your chosen Outlet.
  • You may not refer yourself. In the event of fraud, abuse, and/or an error affecting the proper operation of this promotion, we reserve the right to end or suspend the promotion.

McArthurGlen reserves the right to intervene, cancel outstanding orders and suspend all associated accounts permanently.

 

  • We reserve the right to suspend, cancel or amend the promotion and/or review and revise these terms and conditions at any time without giving prior notice and by continuing to take part in the promotion subsequent to any revision of these terms and conditions, users shall be deemed to have agreed to any such new or amended terms.

 

  • If we discontinue the Referral Rewards we will provide you with 90 days’ notice to redeem any Referral Reward(s) you have accrued. No further Referral Rewards will be accruable during the 90 day notice period.

 

  • This promotion is governed by English law and is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.

 

Referred Friend Rewards

  • A Referral Reward cannot be claimed by the same person making the referral.

 

  • All terms and conditions set out in the ‘Referrer Rewards’ above will also apply to you as a Referred Friend as well as any additional terms and conditions that apply either: a) on receipt of the Referral Reward in your McArthurGlen Wallet; and b) at the point of redemption. Such terms and conditions will be subject to your verification.

 

  • A Referral Reward can only be redeemed at the Preferred Centre selected when registering your McArthurGlen Club Account.

  • The McArthurGlen Privacy Policy is available here [insert] and gives further information about how your personal data is collected and processed including for the Refer-A-Friend Promotion. We process your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy.
