There’s a lot of things to think about whether you’re a brand new fresher this autumn at uni or you’re heading back for the new term. As well as making sure you have your laptop and textbooks with you, don’t forget those practical yet stylish essentials that you’ll need this term and beyond. Think cosy fleeces, padded jackets and chunky knitwear for cold days. Remember to get some homeware basics too, like a kettle, a toaster, coat hangers and bed linen to make your new room feel like your own.

Don’t forget about stationery. Trust us, you can never have enough pens or laptop and phone chargers, so stock up before the first term is underway. Plus binders, notebooks and highlighters really will make studying easier and get you organised.
