The San Paolino restaurant offers a combination of popular, traditional Tuscan dishes and modern Italian cuisine using only fresh, local produce from the region. Some signature dishes of the menu come from the private recipes collection of designer Paola Navone. The restaurant is situated in the enchanting green center of 25hours Hotel Piazza San Paolino under the huge glass cupola. The incoming light illuminates the spectacular make-believe forest of enormous potted plants and makes it a magical place at any time of the day. If the weather permits, the restaurant opens to the adjacent courtyard garden.
