Neil Barrett's enthusiasm for fashion design began at an early age. Born in Devon, England, Neil Barrett studied at both Central Saint Martins and the Royal College of Art in London.
After graduating, he was appointed Senior Men’s Designer at Gucci and subsequently at Prada, where he established a blueprint for minimal menswear.
In 1999, Neil Barrett independently founded his eponymous label, with immediate praise from buyers and press. Ever since, Neil Barrett delivered innovative and distinctive designs, with acute attention to fabric development and cutting-edge techniques. The hallmarks of the Neil Barrett label are a modern interpretation of the menswear staples, alongside striking, streamlined styling for the twenty-first century.
Timeless yet progressive, Neil Barrett designs combine precisely-cut tailoring, accurate detailing and athletic elements, covering a wide spectrum of fits to cater to the diversity of international markets while preserving the modern silhouette the Brand stands for.
Season upon season, the brand has continuously grown its distribution and counts now over 550 doors worldwide alongside 30 mono-brand stores, whose concept has been developed with Zaha Hadid Architects.
