Skinny styles take a backseat for AW20 so ditch the drainpipes in favour of retro cuts and faded fabrics, for a Saturday night fever meets all-American vibe.
Autumn/winter 20 sees denim for him embrace a more laid-back feel with looser-fitting styles coming to the fore and super-tight skinnies out of the frame. This trend towards a less shapely silhouette dominated men’s Fashion Week, with designers including G-star and Balr all embracing wider-legged denim in their collections.
Opt for A-line or slightly flared jeans in light blue hues from the likes of Levi's and Calvin Klein, staying clear of black and grey, which are out for him this season. Petrol Industries blue and navy are acceptable if you like a darker jean but remember to keep the fit loose and baggy. Ripped and/or distressed styles are also fine.
Double denim is back for AW20 but this time coordination is key so stick to matching tones and avoid light and dark pairings.
