After locations in Brussels, Ghent, Antwerp and The Hague, this is now the 5th location of the success concept of star chef Sergio Herman.
Before the first location of Frites Atelier opened in The Hague in 2016, a 1.5 year process of perfection of the ultimate fries took place. Inspired by the infinite diversity of the potato and out of love for the catering profession and craft, Frites Atelier was born with one goal: to prepare super delicious fries with sensational toppings in a tasteful setting. Sergio has since expanded the snack range with luxury snacks such as an extensive croquettes collection and surprising burger combinations.
Roosendaal is the first franchise location of the fast casual Frites Atelier concept. The operation is in the hands of Vermaat Group. With 162 m2 the Atelier offers seats to 85 guests and fulfils the needs of the day visitors of Designer Outlet Roosendaal; high quality catering. The location is therefore the ideal place for Frites Atelier; because visitors like to be tempted here for a culinary stop.
Sergio himself has the following to say about this: "This step for Frites Atelier is one in a new direction. The symbolic value of this for us, after an eventful year for the entire catering industry, should not be underestimated. With the opening of this new location we close a very exciting period in the best possible way and we look forward to the future with great ambition!
On 4 November, Sergio Herman will be celebrating the opening of his Frites Atelier to visitors from 12:30pm - after which they can enjoy Frites Vlaamse Stoverij, Mini Croquettes and more at the studio in Designer Outlet Roosendaal. Are you also coming to the grand opening?
Per Tutti Pizza & Pasta takes you back to Italian soil. A cuisine that is characterised by simplicity. Everything we do is not complicated, but super delicious. You will see this in our menu. This is characterised by a variety of well-known pizzas and pastas - freshly prepared by our chefs. You'll find classics like pizza margherita and pizza quattro formaggio on the menu, but we also move with the seasons with our changing pizza. Besides pizzas, we also offer pastas such as carbonara and pesto. With our richly filled salads and other small bites, our menu is 'for everyone'.
Per Tutti Pizza & Pasta is located in the food court, next to Sergio Herman's Frites Atelier. Per Tutti Pizza & Pasta is the perfect spot to relax with friends and family. On our spacious terrace we can seat 40 people, inside we can seat 78. The restaurant is open from 10:00 - 20:00.
