Letters to Santa

From Friday 7th December 2018, your children will be able to drop a Letter to Santa at our Guest Services post box. What's more, Santa would like to let your children know that their letters have been received via e-mail. All you need to do is provide an email address and tick the consent box on the post card and Santa will take care of the rest. Terms and conditions apply

  • Letters to Santa is run by McArthurGlen UK Limited (“the Promoter”), company number 02810264, whose registered address is at 103 Wigmore Street, London W1U 1WH.
  • Letters to Santa starts at 9 am on Friday 7th December 2018 and closes at 12 pm on 23nd December 2018
  • Letters to Santa is open to children up to the age of 16.
  • To receive an e-card from Santa, parents/guardians must actively consent using the tick box provided on the postcard.
  • McArthurGlen may use personal data from the received postcard for the purposes of sending a response email only. Any personal data relating to entrants will be used solely in accordance with current UK data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to any third party without the entrant's prior consent other than as indicated by these Terms and Conditions. By entering your personal details, all Entrants consent to the use of their personal data by McArthurGlen for the purposes of the administration of this email response.
  • On completion of this activity McArthurGlen will destroy all personal data gathered as part of this email response activity.
  • McArthurGlen accepts no responsibility for letters to Santa not successfully completed due to a spelling, grammatical or technical fault of any kind.
  • The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of Letters to Santa is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  • By submitting a Letter to Santa entrants confirm that they have read and agree to be bound by these terms and conditions and by the decisions of McArthurGlen, which are final in all matters relating to Letters to Santa.
  • The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend, or amend Letters to Santa where it becomes necessary to do so.
  • Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of participating in Letters to Santa except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  • The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
