By entering the contest, these Contest Rules, expressly incorporating the Privacy Policy, as the same may be amended from time to time (“Privacy Policy”), are deemed to form a legally binding agreement between you and the Promoter (as defined below) and govern your participation in the Contest.  As set out in the Privacy Policy, you understand and agree by providing personal information through entering this Contest that such personal information may be used by the Promoter for the purposes of facilitating Contest-related activities (including, for greater certainty, marketing future contests should you be the winner) and also for complying with applicable foreign and domestic laws.

This promotion is run by McArthurGlen UK Limited (“the Promoter”), company number 02810264, whose registered address is at Nations House, 103 Wigmore Street, London W1U 1WH.

1) To claim the prize you must be: (a) a UK resident; and (b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry.
2) By claiming the prize you are accepting and agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
3) Prize draw details : Win a cinematic experience at one of our drive-in cinema nights at East Midlands Designer Outlet.
4) The prize entitles you to 1 x VW Campervan experience at our Drive-in Cinema evenings at East Midlands Designer Outlet. Winners will receive 1 x £50 to cover the complimentary dinner which can be spent at our food & beverage outlets at the centre.
5) Only three prize will be given away (1 for each screening)
6) To enter the promotion, fill in our online entry form for the prize draw at https://www.mcarthurglen.com/en/outlets/uk/designer-outlet-east-midlands/drivein-cinema-prize-draw.
7) The competition closes on 4th November 2019 at 23:59.
8) A winner will be chosen by a random draw performed by computer process on 5th November 2019 at approximately 10am.
9) Winner(s) will be notified after the draw has taken place and contacted on their preferreed communication choice.
10) This prize must be claimed by 5 working days. If not claimed by this date, the prize will be re-drawn with a new winner selected.
11) Winners must be available on the drive-in cinema dates
12) The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity and age of any participant.
13) The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash or gift voucher alternative is offered.
14) The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative equal or of higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
15) This promotion is not open to:
employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;
employees that work in the brand partners within East Midlands Designer Outlet;
employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or
members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
16) Claimants may be required to participate in publicity related to this promotion in any media which may include the publication of their name and photograph on the Promoter's social media accounts.
17) The Promoter accepts no responsibility for prize being lost, mislaid, damaged once the recipient has received their e-gift voucher from wagamama, regardless of cause. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any purchases which are not completed for any reason.
18) The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend, or amend this promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
19) Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any participant or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the promotion except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
20) The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of this promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
21) Nothing in these terms exclude the Promoter's liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
22) By entering this promotion, you agree that any personal information provided by you with this entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer this promotion and as otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions.
