The Great Dress Up Giveaway Terms & Conditions
This promotion is run by McArthurGlen UK Limited (“the Promoter”), company number 02810264, whose registered address is at Nations House, 103 Wigmore Street, London W1U 1WH.
To enter the prize draw you must be 18 years of age and over.
By entering the prize draw you are accepting and agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
In order to enter the giveaway you must: complete a postcard telling us about a special occasion you've got coming up and post it on our polaroid selfie spot. You will need to provide your first and last name as well as your email address.
The promotion will end at 11.59pm on Sunday 11th May 2025.
The winner will be chosen by a random draw performed by a computer. The winner will be contacted by the Guest Services Team by the email address provided on or before Wednesday 15th May 2025. The Winner and Promoter will agree a date and time to meet at Guest Services at the Swindon Designer Outlet for the Winner to redeem their prize. The Winner must produce government issued photographic identification for inspection.
The winner will have 7 (seven) days’ to respond to the Guest Services Team and 30 (thirty) days’ to collect their prize thereafter. If the winner does not respond and/or collect their prize within these timeframes, a new winner will be chosen.
There will be 1 prize to be won. The winner will be selected at random and will be announced on 15th May 2025. The winner will receive £150 McArthurGlen Gift Card. Please not that the McArthurGlen Gift Card is subject to separate terms and conditions.
The prize will not be given to anyone other than the winner and the Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity and/or age of any winner.
The prize for the winner is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
McArthurGlen reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control make it necessary to do so.
The competition is not open to:
employees of McArthurGlen or its holding or subsidiary companies;
employees of agents or suppliers of McArthurGlen or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
McArthurGlen accepts no responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind.
The decision of McArthurGlen regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
McArthurGlen reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these terms and conditions.
McArthurGlen reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
Insofar as is permitted by law, McArthurGlen, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or any participant or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of McArthurGlen, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the Promotion is final and binding and no further correspondence will be entered.
The Promoter must either publish or make available information that indicates that a valid award took place. To comply with this obligation, the Promoter will send the surname and county of the winner and confirmation of the number of valid entries, to anyone who e-mails enquiries@swindondesigneroutlet.com or writes to Swindon Designer Outlet Centre (enclosing a self-addressed envelope) within 1 (one) month after the Closing Date. If you object to any or all of your surname and/or county being published or made available, please send an e-mail toenquiries@swindondesigneroutlet.com or write to the address set out earlier. In such circumstances, the Promoter must still provide the information and winning entry to the Advertising Standards Authority on request.
Winners may be required to participate in publicity related to the prize draw in any media which may include the publication of their name and photograph on McArthurGlen's social media.
