  1. To claim the prize you must be: (a) a UK resident; and (b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry.
  2. By claiming the prize you are accepting and agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  3. The prize entitles you to two tickets to the ProCook London Cookery Class and a 6-piece Professional X50 Knife Set worth £129.   
  4. To enter, you must: like the post, ensure you're following @swindonoutlet on Instagram and tag who you’d love to bring along to the cookery class.
  5. The competition closes at 11:59PM on Sunday 12 December 2021.       
  6. The winner will be announced by 4:00PM on Monday 13 December 2021.   
  7. The prize must be claimed in one transaction.
  8. No purchase is necessary.
  9. Only one prize will be given away.
  10. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity and age of any participant.
  11. The prize will be available to collect from the ProCook store at Swindon Designer Outlet.
  12. The prize is non-exchangeable, non-transferable and no cash alternative is offered.
  13. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative equal or of higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.
  14. This promotion is not open to: (a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies; (b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or (c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
  15. This giveaway is in no way affiliated or sponsored by Instagram.
  16. Claimants may be required to participate in publicity related to this promotion in any media which may include the publication of their name and photograph on the Promoter's social media account.
  17. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any purchases which are not completed for any reason.
  18. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse to award the prize to anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
  19. The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend, or amend this promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
  20. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any participant or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the promotion except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
  21. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of this promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
  22. Nothing in these terms exclude the Promoter's liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
  23. By entering this promotion, you agree that any personal information provided by you with this entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer this promotion and as otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions.
