OUR IMPACT

The "Our Impact" pillar is made up of two key focuses - Climate Action and Conscious Consumption. As part of this, we have launched the "Recycle Your Fashion" initiative to breathe new life into your old clothes.

How does it work?
1 - Simply drop your pre-loved items off at our Guest Services Suite.

2 - All the items collected are either donated to those in need or recycled.

3 - As a thank you, you will receive 10% off for your next visit to the centre..

To continue the Recycle Your Fashion inititative further, we hosted a Swap Shop Event on the 4th - 5th May in centre. Guests were invited to bring along their pre-loved items, swap them for tokens and then pick something they loved to take away with them.

OUR COMMUNITIES

Each year we partner with a local charity to suport the vital work they do, help them to raise funds and bring about further awareness within our community.

For 2023 we partnered with Prospect Hospice who provide end-of-life care, free of charge. Patient support is delivered in a variety of ways, tailored to the needs of the individual. Specialist teams provide clinical, emotional and practical support to patients and their families delivered at the hospice in Wroughton, Swindon, and in people’s homes

Here are just a few of the ways we worked with Prospect Hospice throughout the year:

- We hosted a pop-up pre-loved boutique where all proceeds went to Prospect House.

- Over the Christmas period, we put on the Enhated Wardrobe, where children could step into Chrostmas, for a £2,50 booking fee that went to Prospect Hospice.

Our centre team will soon be undertaking volunteering days to support our local communities.
As we have entered a new year, we will also be partnering with another local charity for 2024.
