We strive to make a positive impact not just by providing exceptional retail destinations for customers and employees, but by ensuring our communities are thriving places to live and work.

As part of our commitment to the West Midlands community, we have invested in a number public services and initiatives to enhance the lives of local residents.
In collaboration with Walsall College, we have supported the launch of their new training academy that is connecting people with career opportunities at our centre, while a £15 million highway improvements programme has delivered a new dual carriageway along Eastern Way.

To support our partners at Cannock Chase District Council, we have provided a £1.5 million package towards key projects, such as ongoing maintenance of the Mill Green Nature Reserve, the creation of a new footpath, cycle route and heritage trail, and improvements Cannock Town centre and train station.
