Dr. Martens Competition Terms and Conditions

1. This promotion is run by McArthurGlen UK Limited (“the Promoter”), company number 02810264, whose registered address is at Nations House, 103 Wigmore Street, London W1U 1WH.
2. To claim the pair of Dr.Martens 1460s must be: (a) a UK resident; and (b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry.
3. By claiming you are accepting and agreeing to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
4. Only one person can win the pair of 1460s
5. The recipient will receive one pair of 1460s in their shoe size. Winner will have to confirm their home address and shoe size for Dr.Martens to post the 1460s to the winner.
6. The winner will be contacted via Facebook messenger and asked to provide shoe size, preferred colour (black, White or Red) and home address for delivery. If the message has not been confirmed, 1460s shoes will be given to another entree within 1 week of the message delivered.
7. The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity and age of any participant.
8. Claimant must be over 18 years old and can bring along one guest with their additional ticket. The guest can be of any age.
9. This promotion is not open to: (a) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies; (b) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or (c) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
10. Claimants may be required to participate in publicity related to this promotion in any media which may include the publication of their name and photograph on the Promoter's social media accounts.
11. The Promoter reserves the right to refuse entry or refuse anyone in breach of these Terms and Conditions.
12. The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend, or amend this promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
13. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any participant or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the promotion except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
14. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of this promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
15. Nothing in these terms exclude the Promoter's liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.
16. By entering this promotion, you agree that any personal information provided by you with this entry may be held and used only by the Promoter or its agents and suppliers to administer this promotion and as otherwise stated in these Terms and Conditions.
17. The winner will be chosen at random on Monday the 11th November at 12pm, any entries after 12pm on 11th November will not be accepted.
