BEN SHERMAN ‘WIN A TRIP TO NEW YORK’ COMPETITION

1. A purchase is required for entry. ‘Purchase’ equates to a single transaction within a Ben Sherman Outlet store participating in the campaign.

  1. There is no minimum transaction value for entry.
    3. The prize consists of a 4-night trip to New York for two adults (18+) including hotels & flights.
  2. Transfers not included to or from the airport in the UK or in the US
  3. The prize does not cover spending money
  4. The prize is capped at £2500 to cover flights and hotels.
    7. No substitution, transfer or cash redemption of the prize is permitted. The promotor of the competition reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value should the advertised prize become unavailable for any reason.
    8. The winner cannot assign or transfer their prize to another person or business.
    9. The Ben Sherman New York giveaway is only open to UK residents aged 18 and over.
    10. The competition begins on 1st October 2018 and ends 31st October 2018

Only one entry per person per transaction.

  1. Multiple purchases in one transaction do not count as multiple entries to the competition.

13.The prize must be taken before 31st March 2019. Times of travel is restricted and final approval is given by the prize giver. Excluding Christmas, New Year and thanksgiving. Once the booking details are confirmed no amendments or adjustments can be made.

  1. HOW TO ENTER: Make a purchase in the following Ben Sherman McArthur Glen Outlet stores between 1st October and the 31st October; York, East Midlands, Ashford and Swindon. After purchase store staff will then hand you an entry form.
  2. Entry forms must be completed for a valid entry into the competition.
  3. Hand the completed entry form back to store staff.
  4. SELECTION AND NOTIFICATION OF THE WINNER: The winner will be chosen at random using a 3rd party randomiser application.
    18. The winner will be informed by email no later than 15th November.
    19. Ben Sherman will contact the winner to organise the fulfilment of the prize.
    20. If the winner fails to respond this may result in forfeiture of the prize, and in such case, Ben Sherman may randomly select an alternate winner from among the remaining eligible entries.
    21. By entering the competition, you are agreeing to Ben Sherman to use (without additional compensation) his or her name, address, photograph, testimonial, likeness and/or biological information for purpose of advertising and promotion (including, without limitation, posting on the Ben Sherman and affiliated websites.

    23. The winner may also be required to provide their full name, birth date, current address and phone number.
    24. To obtain the name of the winner in this competition please contact our customer service team after the end of the competition period.

    26. Ben Sherman reserve the right to withdraw this competition at any time.
    27. Ben Sherman reserve the right to disqualify false entries or entries suspected of being false and to disqualify any entrant it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the competition or violating these official rules.
