- To claim the prize you must be: (a) a UK resident; and (b) 18 years old or over at the time of entry.

- The prize entitles you to x1 £150 Spend instore for Lyle & Scott which can be claimed in the Lyle & Scott Outlet Store at McArthurGlen York Designer Outlet.
- This prize must be claimed by the 31st December 2019
- Only one prize will be given away.
- Entrees must leave comment on the competition post on the York Designer Outlet Facebook page. Comments must include the correct number of stars hidden in the 360 image of the store, plus a tagged friend.
- To enter the promotion, you just need to comment on the Facebook post.
- The competition closes on 22nd March at 8.00pm

- The prize can only be collected in person at the Lyle & Scott Outlet Store at McArthurGlen York Designer Outlet.

- The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative equal or of higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter's control makes it necessary to do so.

- members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.
- Claimants may be required to participate in publicity related to this promotion in any media which may include the publication of their name and photograph on the Promoter's social media accounts.
- The Promoter accepts no responsibility for prize being lost, mislaid, damaged once the recipient has collected from the Lyle and Scott Outlet Store at McArthurGlen York Designer Outlet, regardless of cause. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any purchases which are not completed for any reason.
- The Promoter reserves the right to hold, void, cancel, suspend, or amend this promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.
- Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate any participant or accept any liability for any loss, damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the promotion except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.
- The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of this promotion is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.
