Grab the fry forks: Frittenwerk brings Canadian snack classics and loads of street food ideas to your city. The menu is inspired by the streets of Quebec and Canadian "poutine." If you haven't tried the national dish yet, you might as well delete your dating profile, because you're going to fall in love.
"Poutine" basically means "mess." Instead of just a dollop of ketchup or mayo, the fries are topped with exciting toppings and sauces. It can get pretty messy – but it’s a full, satisfying meal. Fresh ingredients, along with house-made sauces and toppings, showcase a mindful approach to eating. There are plenty of options for vegetarians and vegans.
World-premiere
To mark the start of autumn, our Apple Fries are making their world premiere at Frittenwerk. Who says fries always have to be made from potatoes?
Starting September 23, guests can enjoy hot, golden-brown, crispy apple sticks with a fruity-sweet twist, served with a topping of their choice. Choose from cinnamon sugar, vanilla sauce, or Nutella, or simply enjoy them on their own.
