We are on fire for BBQ - come and visit us on 10.06.2023 from 12:00 - 18:00 in our ZWILLING Shop Wustermark and start the barbecue season with us. We invite you to grilled delicacies that we freshly prepare in products from ZWILLING and STAUB. In addition, we will show you that our STAUB cocottes can also be used to cool a summer fruit punch and how you can prepare a refreshing virgin watermelon margarita in the ZWILLING high-performance blender Pro, among other things. We are looking forward to your visit!

FOR 10-12 PEOPLE - 25 MIN. PREPARATION TIME

INGREDIENTS

2 limes
3 peaches
½ watermelon
½ bunch of fresh mint
1 kg coarsely crushed ice cubes
150 ml peach liqueur
100 ml elderflower syrup
1 bottle of sparkling wine (750 ml)

PREPARATION

1. Wash, halve and slice the limes. Halve the peaches, remove the core, dice the halves. Peel the watermelon and also cut into bite-sized cubes. Pluck the mint leaves from the stems.

2. Pour everything into a cocotte with plenty of ice. Pour the peach liqueur and elderflower syrup on top and mix in with a large spoon. Pour in the sparkling wine. Leave the bowl to stand for 10 minutes before serving.

INGREDIENTS

¼ cucumber
3 sprigs of mint
Juice of 2 organic limes
100 ml pomegranate syrup
½ watermelon
500 ml mineral water (pre-chilled)
ice cubes

PREPARATION

1. Wash and dry the cucumber and mint and use a vegetable peeler to cut thin slices lengthwise from the cucumber. Place these in a small bowl and set aside.

2. Halve the limes, squeeze out the juice and place in a carafe along with the pomegranate syrup and the plucked mint leaves. Mix everything well, lightly crushing the mint to release its aroma.

3. Then use the melon baller to cut out the melon flesh into balls and add to the bowl with a few ice cubes. Top up with mineral water and serve.

4. To do this, fill the punch glasses with more ice cubes, spread the cucumber slices on top and top with the watermelon punch.

Tip 5: For an alcoholic version, reduce the mineral water to 250 ml and fill up with 250 ml of dry white wine instead.
