TO SHOP TAX FREE OUR GUESTS MUST:

Be permanently resident in a non-EU country
Spend a minimum amount of €70.01 in the same day and in the same store
Leave EU within 3 months from the issuing of the Tax-Free Form

FOLLOW THESE 3 EASY STEPS:

Go Shopping and while paying, remember to ask our store staff for a Tax-Free Form.

Don't forget your passport or a scanned copy and make sure that all mandatory fields are filled in correctly. In the case of missing or incorrect information, the form will be rejected by Customs.

If Italy is your last destination before leaving EU, Get Customs Validation at the Customs Office or self-validation Kiosk when you exit the country.
Visit a Refund Office or Kiosk and Receive Your Refund. Please remember to provide your passport, a completed Tax-Free form validated by Customs, original receipt and purchased items still unused.
