By Car

McArthurGlen Bridgend is conveniently located for easy access from the M4 motorway, off Junction 36. 

To find us using satellite navigation, enter CF32 9SU.

On-site parking is free.

Electric Car Vehicle Charging Stations

Charge whilst you shop! We have 14 ChargePoint spaces, with 6 in our Main car park to the right of Clarks and the other 8 in our South car park, to the right of the bridge walkway leading to Odeon. 
All units include universal charging for all types of electric vehicles, allowing charge in as little as 3 hours for most cars. The price to charge is £0.65p per kWh (this is subject to market fluctuations).

Bridgend Train Station is a 10 minute drive away from McArthurGlen Bridgend.

Our Guest Services team will be more than happy to book a taxi for you for your return journey back to Bridgend Train Station.

Train journeys from Cardiff Central take less than 20 minutes and from Swansea Train Station take only 30 minutes.

The following services are available from our Guest Services Suite, located next to the Food Court.

  • Stamps are available to purchase and a post box is located outside Guest Services.

Dogs Welcome

Join us for a fashionable day out with all the family. We are a dog-friendly mall, and we kindly ask you to keep all dogs on leads. Many of our stores are dog friendly, just look out for the green tick in the windows. Discover our dog-friendly stores and restaurants below.

To keep your furry friends hydrated we also have free water points located down the mall where you can fill dog bowls and many of our stores have dog bowls outside for use when needed.

Disabled Access

We have disabled toilet facilities at each of our three toilet blocks for guests to use.

Changing Places facilities are also available in the toilet block nearest to Guest Services, to support families and carers of disabled people. These facilities provide the required space and equipment, including a height-adjustable changing bench and a hoist for safety and comfort.

The Changing Places facilities can be accessed with a RADAR key. There is a spare RADAR key on site if required, just speak to a member of the centre team who can advise.
Mobility scooters and wheelchairs are available for free in our centre. You can hire these from our Guest Services on the day (subject to availability), or book in advance.

Children's Facilities

To ensure your visit with your little ones is as enjoyable as possible we have a variety of facilities located around the centre including:
  • Our Dinosaur themed play area is located halfway down the mall, next to Sidoli's.
  • Separate family changing rooms and changing cubicles are located in each of our toilet blocks.
  • In our Food Court we have highchairs available for use and a microwave to warm bottles.
  • A private breastfeeding space is available if required, visit Guest Services for more information.
  • Kiddy Cars are available for hire, see below for full information.

Kiddy Cars

Travel in style with our Kiddy Cars available to use for the duration of your visit at McArthurGlen Bridgend.

We have 3 banks of Kiddy Cars with both single and double cars available.
You can find our Kiddy Car banks in the following locations:
  • Outside Levi's and Guest Services.
  • Along the side of Five Guys, facing the car park.
  • Around the corner from Clarks, facing the car park.
It is also now even easier to pay-and-ride with the Kiddy Cars app - to save you time, download and register before your visit.

All payments are paid via the Kiddy Cars app.

£5 for 1 hour
£9 for full day
£15 holding fee which is released back upon return. The holding fee will be lost if the car is not returned.
