Terms & Conditions for Gift Cards

• Your Gift Card will be delivered within 1-3 working days after the money has transferred into our account. 
• The Gift Card can only be redeemed in the McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Ashford and is valid for one year.
• The Gift Card is not redeemable for cash. 
• The Gift Card is only valid for goods that equate to the total price of the voucher value. 
• If you use this Gift Card for the purchase of goods and the total price is lower than the stated amount, the remaining value will still be available for future purchases. 
• McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Ashford is not obligated to replace lost, damaged or stolen Gift Cards.
• McArthurGlen Designer Outlet Ashford gift cards can only be used for purchasing goods and services in participating stores at Ashford Designer Outlet with which we have commercial agreements requiring acceptance of the Card.
• Please note that the following stores do not accept the Gift Card: Belstaff & YO!
