Rubber shoes may not sound glamorous, but GEOX has succeeded in making them stylish for women, men and children alike. The added bonus is that they are totally waterproof.
The lightbulb moment for the GEOX brand came when its founder, Mario Polegato, was out jogging in 1995. He cut holes in his shoes with a Swiss army knife to cool his feet. He then developed and patented a rubber sole which lets perspiration out and creates the ideal microclimate for comfortable feet.
