As part of our mission to make sure you have a safe and enjoyable day out shopping with us, we have now been certified with the Bureau Veritas SafeGuard Covid-19 certification.​ Bureau Veritas is a world-leader in testing and inspection certification and focuses on guaranteeing consistent good procedure across multiple sites. So you can relax, feeling secure in the knowledge that we have taken care of all the necessary health and safety measures to prevent the spread of Covid-19 at Designer Outlet Neumünster.

Mask On

All of our employees and customers must wear medical-standard masks or FFP2 in the parking lot, in-centre and in-store.

Good hygiene is key to minimising the spread of this virus, so we are increasing cleaning in public areas and providing hand sanitisers throughout the centre.

Social Distance

Please respect social-distancing and keep at least 1,5 metres distance from others. The number of visitors is limited to a maximum one person per 10 m² sales area; for sales areas exceeding 800 m², one person per 20 m².

Catering units are open


The outdoor catering may be opened for guests under the following conditions:

  • The guests must have fixed seats.
  • The contact details of the guests are to be collected
  • A maximum of ten people can sit at one table, not counting children under the age of 14 from the respective households. Also, fully vaccinated persons (in principle two vaccinations and at least 14 days apart from the second vaccination) and convalescent persons do not count for the ten-people-limit and these persons may also be seated at the table if they are able to prove that they have been vaccinated by presentation of a vaccination card or vaccination certificate, or that they have been able to prove that they are fully recovered.
  • Guests who are only served outside of the closed rooms do not need a negative test. If these guests have to enter the interior of the restaurant to use the toilet, no negative test is required.
  • It is mandatory to wear FFP2 masks or medical masks; guests are only allowed to remove them at the table.

 

The indoor catering may be opened for guests under the following conditions:

  • The guests must have fixed seats.
  • The contact details of the guests are to be collected
  • Either only persons from the same household or a maximum of five people from two households can sit at one table, excluding children under the age of 14 belonging to one of the two households, fully vaccinated persons (in principle two vaccinations and at least 14 days apart from the second vaccination) and recovering persons. These persons may also be seated at the table if they are able to prove that they have been vaccinated by presentation of a vaccination card or vaccination certificate, or that they have been able to prove that they have been recovered.
  • For the use of indoor catering, the presentation of a daily up-to-date negative Corona test result is valid.
  • Children under six years of age, fully vaccinated and recovered people do not require a negative test for the use of indoor catering.
  • It is mandatory to wear FFP2 masks or medical masks; guests are only allowed to remove them at the table.
  • In addition, the general health and safety measures apply.
