The Mugello area is strategically located between Florence and Bologna in the Tuscan region. It is located just about 20 km north of Florence and is very well known for the beauty of its natural landscapes, small towns and villages, Renaissance villas, castles, and traditional events. It is a natural paradise in the heart of Tuscany full of history and tradition. In just a short drive, you can leave the historic city centres of both Florence and Bologna and find cities such as Barberino di Mugello, Borgo San Lorenzo, San Piero a Sieve, Scarperia, Firenzuola, Palazzuolo sul Senio, Vicchio, San Godenzo, and Dicomano.
