Our handsfree shopping service allows you to take the stress out of shopping, simply shop till you drop, then collect your bags at the end of your day or have them delivered to your home or hotel.
1. Scan the QR code located in stores or around the centre to join.
2. Pick your daily pass (collect on-site £3.50/ delivery £12.00)
3. Shop hands free! use the instore QR code located at the till, your purchases will remain in store to be collected by our hands free shopping team.
4. All shopped out simply click finished, we will take care of the rest

Terms and Conditions:
Items must not exceed £5,000 in value, oversized items and food goods are excluded from the service.
Items are fully insured by Dropit from the moment they are sealed and scanned into a Dropit bag in-store to the moment they are delivered to the nominated person/ address, but at all other times they are at the guest’s risk
The service is only available within mainland Britain and items can only be posted to one nominated address.
