Following the English Government’s latest announcement, we would like to advise you that non-essential retail stores at Swindon Designer Outlet are closing from 30th December at 9pm until further notice. While our dine-in restaurants will also be closed during this period, some eateries may choose to operate take-away only options.
Certain stores may also choose to offer Click and Collect services, please check individual brand pages on this website for further information.
We will continue to monitor the situation closely and follow advice from our local health authority.
We wish you and your families a Happy New Year and look forward to welcoming you back into our centre soon. Until then, stay safe and stay connected.
Good hygiene is key to minimising the spread of this virus, so we are increasing cleaning in public areas and providing hand sanitisers throughout the centre.
Please respect the government guidelines on social distancing.
A face covering is obligatory in stores and in centre.
For more information on face coverings and exemptions please view the Government Guidelines here.
If you can use contactless payment options while shopping, please do.
We recommend that you use our time table to plan your visit for quieter periods.
This is expected to be a calm shopping day. There might be waiting lines at some of our popular brands.
The centre is moderately busy and it is expected that there are queues at some of our brands.
Today we expect a large number of guests wanting to visit us. Please allow enough time for your visit, as it may come to longer waiting times due to queues. The Centre may have to temporarily prevent access from cars if we reach our capacity.
Our dedicated Traffic Management Team will be here to support entry when it’s safe to.
