Our Guest Services team is looking forward to answering all your questions regarding our designer stores, offers and competitions. Furthermore you can buy gift cards here that can be redeemed in all our designer stores. Recently our centre information has been extended with an office of the Interchange and an office of Global Blue Tax Free Refund.
For visitors from Non EU countries a special service has been set up. At the Interchange service desk Non EU tourists can fill in the tax-free forms to directly receive their tax-free refund back in cash. All you will need is your passport and the invoices from the stores.
