TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Sportweek is an initiative by McArthurGlen Castel Romano Designer Outlet to promote sport in the local community.

All events are governed by these general terms and conditions.

Duration and entry

The events will take place on the dates indicated in the attached calendar at the McArthurGlen Castel Romano Designer Outlet Center (Piazza del Foro Romano).

The duration of the ASICS and Under Armour events will be approximately 45 - 60 minutes.

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

1 - Participation in the event is free and is open on the McArthurGlen Castel Romano Designer Outlet website

2- Registration for each event is open subject to availability and is mandatory for participation in the event itself.

3- Entry and participation in the Event are subject to acceptance of these general conditions and the personal data of the recipients will be treated in accordance with the McArthurGlen privacy policy.

PERSONAL DATA

Any processing of personal data provided by recipients in connection with participation in Sportweek will be used solely for the administration of the Connected Events and is subject to the McArthurGlen Privacy Policy.

By participating in the event, the participant agrees to be filmed/photographed during the event.

DISCLAIMER

McArthurGlen and its subsidiaries, affiliates, partners, representatives, agents, successors, assigns, employees, officers and directors shall have no obligation or liability, including any gadget gifted to a recipient, with respect to:

- any injury or damage to participants, regardless of how caused;

- any loss, theft or damage to participants or accompanying person's personal belongings transported or purchased during the event.

VARIOUS

McArthurGlen reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual/recipient it deems to be:

(a) tamper with the selection process or the operation of the Events, or any website promoting Sportweek;

(b) act in violation of the general terms and conditions;

(c) entering or attempting to enter Events multiple times through the use of multiple email addresses or the use of robotic or automated devices to file complaints.

If the Sportweek is terminated or modified due to technical difficulties or unforeseen events, a notice will be published on the website mcarthurglen.it/castelromano.

JURISDICTION AND SETTLEMENT OF DISPUTES

Any complaints or complaints relating to this Sportweek Event must be communicated by email to infocastelromano@mcarthurglen.com
