We are delighted to announce that the exciting, multi-million pound development of a brand new dining destination will take place in the coming months.
The development will see the Food Court transformed into 3 modern, and bright restaurants, welcoming new food and beverage brands to the centre and creating over 100 new job opportunities for the local community.
Our current food outlets will have a staggered closure and construction will start from the 7th May. See below for full details.
Our new dining destination is scheduled to reopen late Autumn 2024.

“After celebrating our 25th anniversary last year, we’re extremely excited to see plans for the Food Court development commencing this month. Whether guests visit for lunch after a morning full of shopping or simply stopping by for a date night, there will be a wide range of premium and fast-food restaurants suitable for everyone. We are looking forward to the new dining area opening later this Autumn and will have further updates coming soon, so watch this space!”
The Odeon Luxe will remain open throughout development however there will be a staggered closure of the Food Court. Please see below for the closure dates of each food outlet and access information.
Monday 15th April*
McDonald's will be closed.
Monday 22nd April*
Chopstix will be closed
From 22nd April
Access from the mall and through the Food Court to Nando's, the Odeon Luxe and the South Cinema car park will remain open. The stairs and lift will still be available for use.
Tuesday 7th May*
Nando's will be closed.
From Tuesday 7th May
Access to/ from the mall and access to the Odeon and the South Cinema car park will be via the cinema hill walkway at the front of the centre (near to Five Guys). There will be no access available through the Food Court.
There will be signposting from the mall, at the Odeon entrance and down the cinema hill walkway to advise of access to/from the mall.
