McArthurGlen Gift with Purchase Promotion (the “Promotion”)

Terms and Conditions

Please note that you must be physically located in the United Kingdom at the time of qualifying for this Promotion.

This Promotion is run by McArthurGlen UK Limited (the Promoter), company number 02810264, whose registered address is at Nations House, 103 Wigmore Street, London W1U 1WH.

By taking part in this Promotion, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Any promotional materials relating to the Promotion, including any information published by the Promoter in its publications, on social media or on its websites, also form part of these Terms and Conditions. In the event of any conflict between such promotional materials and these Terms and Conditions, these Terms and Conditions shall prevail.

Eligibility

  1. Participants must be aged 18 or over and physically located in the United Kingdom at the time of participating in the Promotion. Any attempt to participate in the Promotion from outside the United Kingdom will be void.
  2. This Promotion is not open to employees or agents of the Promoter, its associated or subsidiary companies, any person professionally connected with the administration of the Promotion, or members of their immediate families or households.
  3. Participation in the Promotion is limited to one pair of socks per guest during the Promotion Term, subject to availability.

How to qualify

  1. The Promotion opens at 00:01 (UK time) on 1 June 2026 and closes at 23:59 (UK time) on 21 June 2026 (the Promotion Term).
  2. Any attempt to participate outside the Promotion Term will be void.
  3. To qualify for the Promotion, customers must purchase a McArthurGlen gift card in-centre with a minimum value of £35 during the Promotion Term. Subject to availability, each eligible customer will be entitled to receive one pair of socks. Only one pair of socks may be claimed per guest during the Promotion Term.

Gift details

  1. Subject to availability, each eligible customer who meets the requirements of this Promotion will receive one pair of socks. This Promotion does not include any prize draw, lottery or random selection element.
  2. The gift is limited to one pair of socks per guest during the Promotion Term and cannot be exchanged, transferred or sold.
  3. The gift is non-refundable, non-transferable and subject to availability. No cash alternative is available.
  4. If, for reasons beyond the Promoter's reasonable control, the Promoter is unable to provide the stated gift, the Promoter reserves the right to substitute it with a gift of a similar nature and equivalent value.

Gift issue and claiming

  1. Eligible customers must claim their pair of socks at the time of purchasing a qualifying McArthurGlen gift card in-centre. Gifts will not be reserved for later collection.
  2. The Promoter may require proof of qualifying purchase before issuing the gift.

Data protection

  1. The Promoter will collect and process each participant's full name and email address solely for the purpose of sending a satisfaction survey link in connection with this Promotion.
  2. Such personal details will not be shared with any third party and will not be used to subscribe participants to marketing communications. They will be used only to send a link enabling the participant to complete the satisfaction survey.
  3. Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promotor’s Privacy Policy (see https://www.mcarthurglen.com/en/corporate-policies/privacy-policy/).

General

  1. The Promoter's decision in relation to all matters concerning the Promotion shall be final.
  2. To receive the gift, participants must satisfy the eligibility criteria and complete the qualifying purchase requirements during the Promotion Term.
  3. The Promoter reserves the right to require participants to provide proof of eligibility and proof of qualifying purchase. If a participant is found to be ineligible or to be in breach of these Terms and Conditions, the Promoter reserves the right to refuse to issue the gift.
  4. Participants must not do anything illegal and / or dangerous and / or that would put themselves or others at any risk. Save where it has been negligent, the Promoter will not be responsible for any damage, loss or injury resulting from participation in the Promotion or acceptance and/or use of the gift, or for technical, hardware or software failures, lost, faulty or unavailable network connections or difficulties of any kind that may limit or prohibit a participant's ability to participate in the Promotion. The Promoter will not be responsible for any lost, damaged, defaced, incomplete, illegible or otherwise unreadable records relating to the Promotion. Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall in any way limit the Promoter's liability for death or personal injury caused by its negligence or for any other matter where liability may not be limited as a matter of law.
  5. The Promoter reserves the right at any time to cancel, modify or supersede the Promotion if, in its sole discretion, the Promotion is not capable of being conducted as specified.
  6. The Promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions. Any amendments will be published on the Promoter's Website.
  7. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with this Agreement (including non-contractual disputes and claims relating to the Promotion) shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
