How it works

What: 

We will be hosting our first Gift Card Hunt!

Gift Cards worth € 100,- and € 250,- are hidden throughout the centre, ready to be discovered. Find one and treat yourself to a new spring outfit – partially for free!

Hurry! The Gift Cards are limited, and only the fastest hunters will win.

 

When:

The hunt starts Friday, 17 April 2026, as soon as our centre opens at 10am and it ends as soon as all Gift Cards have been found. So we recommend to be there on time!

 

Prizes:

  • 20x € 100,- Gift Card
  • 2x € 250,- Gift Card

 

Where to search:

Throughout the centre, only in publicly accessible areas.

Note: not inside shops or locked rooms.

 

How to claim your prize:

  1. Find a “dummy” Gift Card with a number on it
  2. Bring this Gift Card to our Guest Services
  3. The Gift Card will be validated immediately
  4. Maximum one Gift Card per person

 

Rules & Safety:

For a fair and safe hunt:

  1. Participation in the Gift Card Hunt is entirely at your own risk. Designer Outlet Roermond BV (hereinafter ‘DOC') is not liable for any damage or injury during participation.
  2. Participants must not cause any damage: neither to the centre including the landscaping nor to other participants. Participants are responsible for their own behaviour and must act safely to prevent harm or damage to others.
  3. Security staff will be present in the centre during the hunt. All instructions from security staff or organizers must be followed.
  4. The hunt can only take place in the shopping streets. No Gift Cards are hidden inside shops, restaurants, or parking areas.
  5. Gift Cards are hidden in public spaces and never in locked rooms. Do not open doors of shops or other spaces.
  6. Climbing is not allowed. Gift Cards are placed in locations accessible from the shopping street.
  7. Each participant can redeem only one voucher. Each voucher has a unique number and must be redeemed at the Guest Service on Friday, 17 April 2026.
  8. The Gift Card cannot be exchanged, refunded, or redeemed for cash.
  9. The Gift Card Hunt is exclusive to guests of DOC. Employees of DOC or any affiliate, subsidiary, and advertising and promotion agency and their and their immediate family members are excluded from participation. 
  10. The Gift Card Hunt ends when all vouchers have been found.
