Big Read Book Club

Join us this summer for our Big Read Book Club. Each week a different set of well-known story characters will bring your favourite stories to life, with interactive storytelling and immersive theatre. Plus, attendance at our events counts towards The Literacy Trust's summer reading campaign. We'll also be hosting a book exchange an easy way for you to swap old books for new exciting reads!

Our Book Club is free to attend and requires no prior booking.

The National Literacy

Who are The National Literacy Trust?

The National Literacy Trust are an independent charity working with school and communities to give children the literacy skills to succeed in life. They work to improve reading, writing, speaking and listening skills in the UK. Last year the National Literacy Trust worked with over 6,492 schools to support their efforts in inspiring learners. During lockdown, they also distributed 575,643 books, magazines and writing resources to help children learn from home.
