What event is Swindon Designer outlet hosting for Christmas 2022?
This year, we are hosting our magical Santa School Experience. Where children and parents alike can find out about all of the magical secrets that Santa and his elves keep, such as how they fly around the world in just one night and how they get their reindeer to fly!
When does Santa’s Workshop open?
Santa’s Workshop opens on Thursday 1st December from 11am to 4pm and will be open every day until 24th December.
When does Santa’s Workshop close?
Santa’s Workshop closes on Christmas Eve, Saturday 24th December 2022. The final session will start at 3.15pm.
Will my child get to meet Santa?
Yes, each family group will have an individual meet and greet with Santa.
What age is Santa’s Workshop suitable for?
Santa’s Workshop is suitable for children aged 5+years, but it really is fun for all!
How much will each ticket cost?
Our Santa’s Workshop experience is free however we have a suggested donation of £5 per ticket. All proceeds raised from the tickets will be donated to our charity partner of the year Prospect Hospice.
Do I need to book a ticket for accompanying adults too?
Accompanying adults will not need a valid ticket to enter the experience.
How long does each session last?
Each session will last 30 minutes.
Are there any dedicated inclusive sessions available?
Yes our SEN Sessions are available for families who prefer a quieter and calmer environment every Tuesday morning at 11am and 11.45am.
Why should I book in advance?
Booking in advance is recommended however walk-in slots will be available.
Will I receive a ticket once I have booked?
Yes, you will be emailed an e-ticket, you can either print your ticket or show it on your mobile phone at the entrance to the experience.
When should I arrive?
We recommend that you arrive at the event no earlier than 5 minutes before your pre-booked time slot.
Where is Santa’s Workshop located?
Santa’s Workshop is located in between The Fragrance Shop and Hamleys.
Is there access for wheelchairs?
There is full disability access throughout Santa’s Workshop.
Can we take our own photographs with Santa?
Yes, in fact we encourage photos with Santa.
Will my child receive a gift?
They will receive a Santa School certificate and Santa hat.
