We apologise that 10 of our 26 EV charging stations are currently out of service. We’ll be carrying out upgrade works between 19 June and 2 July to improve our services for you.

In the meantime, you can continue to charge your electric vehicle at our 16 new Tesla charging bays, located in Car Park B (near Slim Chickens). These bays are compatible with all electric vehicle models. We apologise for any inconvenience caused and appreciate your understanding.

Car charging points are available at McArthurGlen West Midlands Designer Outlet. There are a total of 26 charging point parking bays, 8 which are located in Car Park D and a further 2 disabled charging point bays located within Car Park C and 16 located in Car Park B.

The charging points will be available only within our trading opening hours.

Daily bus routes to McArthurGlen Designer Outlet West Midlands from Birmingham City Centre via Great Barr, Walsall and Bloxwich are accessible via the X51 (National Express) route.

Alternative bus routes such as route 3 (Chaserider) will also serve Designer Outlet West Midlands via the Lichfield Road stop. Route 60 (Chaserider) will additionally provide links through Lichfield and Burntwood.

We have a small number of mobility scooters and wheelchairs which are available for Guests to hire.  These can be pre-booked for you to utilise during your visit to the centre. The fountain is for decoration and is unsupervised.
For their safety, we kindly ask that children do not play in this area.
