The Elstal train station now offers step-free access.

From Berlin (Südkreuz, Potsdamer Platz, Hauptbahnhof, Jungfernheide, Spandau) with the regional express RE4 in the direction of Rathenow or from Gesundbrunnen, Jungfernheide, Spandau with the RB21 in the direction of Potsdam to Elstal station. Directly in front of the train station, take bus line 662 in the direction of Priort or 668 in the direction of Zum Erlebnis-Dorf to the main entrance of the Designer Outlet Berlin. You will need an ABC ticket.

From Potsdam Take the RB21 regional train in the direction of Berlin-Spandau to Priort station. Directly in front of the train station, take bus line 662 in the direction of Elstal to the main entrance of the Designer Outlet Berlin - or RB21 to Elstal train station and then bus 668 to the Designer Outlet. You will need an ABC ticket.

From Havelpark you can also take the 663 bus in the direction of Nauen directly to the main entrance of the Designer Outlet Berlin.

From and to Karls Erlebnis-Dorf from Elstal train station with bus line 668. This line connects Elstal train station, Designer Outlet and Karls Erlebnis-Dorf every 20/40 minutes with a connection to/from the train station in Elstal.

Shuttle bus from Elstal train station to Designer Outlet Berlin 
On special traiding days a bus runs every 20 minutes between Elstal train station and Designer Outlet Berlin.
