About the collection
This season SANDRO pays tribute to the Franco-American artist Louise Bourgeois through an exclusive capsule collection.
Louise Bourgeois, now recognized as a major artistic figure of the 20th century, is often remembered for her monumental sculptures. However, she also attached particular importance to fabrics, creating patchworks from garments she would disassemble and then reassemble.
For the Spring/Summer 2026 season, Evelyne Chetrite, Founder and Artistic Director of SANDRO, took particular interest in her spirals and reinterprets her textile approach, symbolizing the whirlwind of life through a collection of fluid pieces made from natural materials.
Through this collaboration, SANDRO aims to offer exclusive and unique pieces, celebrating both its know-how and its attachment to art and artists.
