The Magic Of Christmas Starts Now

At Santa’s Lodge, you will learn all about the big man in red himself, Santa! Where did he learn the twinkling tricks of the trade? What is the knack behind the signature ‘Ho-Ho-Ho’? How does he really get around the world in one night?

This festive season, Ashford Designer Outlet will open the doors to Santa’s Lodge from 28th November. Step into the cosy cabin for a 30 minute experience and meet the cheeky elves for some fun and games.

The tickets for our Santa’s Lodge experience are £5 per child. All proceeds will be donated to our charity partner of the year.

WEEK 1 - Santa’s Naughty or Nice List

Can you make the Nice List?

Join Santa and his cheeky Elves for a fun-filled Naughty or Nice challenge! Watch as the Elves reveal giant cards showing different festive scenarios - from tidying your bedroom to refusing to share your sweets. Shout out “Naughty!” or “Nice!” and see if Santa agrees!

Then, make your very own Kindness Pledge and seal it with your fingerprint - your official promise to spread kindness this Christmas. Complete your pledge and you’ll receive a special Nice List Certificate to take home.

WEEK 2 - Santa’s Lost Songbook 

Can you help Santa find the missing lyrics?

Oh no! The Naughty Elves have jumbled up Santa’s favourite Christmas carols, and he needs your help to put them right!

Sing along as the Elf swaps familiar lyrics for some very silly ones - can you shout out the correct word? Then, split into two teams and help create a festive beat, with one side jingling bells and the other making reindeer hoof sounds.

At the end, take home your very own Grotto Carolers Sheet, featuring secret North Pole lyrics for a Christmas singalong!

WEEK 3 - Reindeer Flight Academy 

Ready for take-off?

Calling all aspiring reindeer pilots! Head to the Reindeer Flight Academy and learn what it takes to help Santa fly safely around the world.

Follow the reindeer flight paths, practise your take-off warm-ups and show off your best sleigh engine impression. But watch out - there might be a bird flying across your flight path!

Once you've completed your training, you'll receive your very own Junior Reindeer Flight Licence, complete with space to add your picture.

WEEK 4 - The Toymaker Elf

Step inside Santa’s toy workshop!

Ever wondered how Santa makes all those toys? Meet the Toymaker Elf and discover the magic behind Santa’s workshop.

Learn how toys are made, then put your creativity to the test by designing your very own toy. Once your creation is complete, it’s time for some serious toy testing! See which designs get the biggest thumbs-up and discover which toy could be a future favourite at the North Pole.

Please note, we do not offer a gift as part of this ticket.

Opening Times
Santa’s Lodge opens on Saturday 28th November from 12pm to 5pm and will be open every day throughout December.

SEND Sessions
SEND Sessions will be available every Monday and will be the first and last session of the day from 1st December to 22 December.

 These sessions are designed for children who have Special Educational Needs and Disabilities (SEND), taking place in a quieter and calmer environment.

He’s mean, he’s green… and he’s here! The Grinch is making a mischievous appearance at Ashford Designer Outlet this Christmas!

Bring the family along to meet the Grinch, snap a photo, and see if his heart really has grown three sizes this year. Expect plenty of giggles, festive fun, and a few cheeky surprises!
