Attracting up to 130 new retail brands once both Phases are complete, the local area will benefit from significant economic regeneration. McArthurGlen Designer Outlet West Midlands will:

• Create 1,000 new retail jobs 
• Support around £20 million of employment income for the local economy annually
• Generate opportunities for training and skills development, working with local colleges to maximise access to apprenticeship programmes and job opportunities
• Diversify the local economy and reduce the number of people commuting out of the area
• Attract more visitors to the area, growing local tourism spend by more than £3 million annually
