Estelle Hollingsworth named Most Inclusive Chief People Officer in Retail

Estelle Hollingsworth, our Chief People Officer, has been named Most Inclusive Chief People Officer in Retail at the inclusion in Awards at a ceremony on 3 November.
The award recognises Chief People Officers and People Directors in retail who drive inclusive practices across their organisations, invest in diverse talent at all levels, and deliver effective, sustainable company-wide initiatives. It celebrates work to create an environment where all employees feel appreciated, respected, supported, and empowered.
This award is very much a recognition of the work our People team has done to champion inclusion over the past year. I’m delighted to accept it on their behalf. Creating a workplace where every colleague can thrive is a shared company commitment, and we look forward to continuing that work together.
McArthurGlen was also shortlisted for two other awards: Michela Frattini, Centre Manager of Provence, for Most Impactful Mentor in Retail and McArthurGlen Group for Most Progress 2025–2026: Retail, as part of the Inclusion Maturity Curve Award.
