Shopping tax-free is easy! To be elegible our guest must:

1) Be a permanent resident outside the European Union.
2) Depart the EU within 90 days of their purchase.

Currently there's no mimimun amount to be spent to be elegible to claim the tax refund in Spain.

You just need to follow these easy steps: 
1) Ask our friendly store staff for a tax refund on every purchase you make in our stores. Have your documents ready: bring your passport or a scanned copy to present in-store.
2) Visit our Guest Services office and ask our team to proceed with the refund process*. Have your ID and credit card on hand to receive the pre-refund. 
3) Validate your stamped Tax Free forms and passport at a Tax Free office/point in the airport or port to complete the process and release the funds in your card.
