Bistrot was created under the sign of sustainable development and proximity to the terroir. It is a "glocal" concept with a global catering offer (classic, transversal) and local products (specialties from the region).
Recipes are mainly produced with local products, the supply being made in compliance with the instructions issued by the association Slow Food.
Bistrot looks like a traditional market square revisited in a contemporary spirit, on which you can find different catering counters where we can taste at its own pace, quickly or taking its time, products prepared and baked on the spot.
