CAR PARKS
Our Center offers three large free car parks, where you can easily park and do your shopping. In addition, motorcycle parkings are available in parking P1 and P2, as well as a privileged space to park your bikes.
CHARGING STATIONS
You will also find terminals for electric cars at your disposal on parking P1 and P2.
To use them, 3 possibilities of regulation:
- Download the CHARGEPOINT application on your phone then pass the phone in front of the reader
- Use a prepaid rechargeable universal card provided by your car manufacturer
- Swipe your credit card for contactless payment.
For any problem, you can contact the CHARGEPOINT HOTLINE 24/7 on 01 49 93 90 11 in front of the terminal where you parked your car.
FREE WIFI
Take advantage of our free WIFI everywhere in the Centre. Select "_Provence free wifi", sign up and you can discover our best offers, take a look at our Facebook and Instagram page or simply enjoy free internet access.
ATM
An ATM is available on our Center, to let you choose your method of payment.
LOCKERS
Secure lockers are available free of charge in front of the reception. Go to the reception of the Center for more information
PLAYGROUND
Your children can also enjoy our Centre thanks to our covered playground.
ANIMALS
Your dog is welcome at the Centre. There you will find water fountains for dogs. For safety reasons your animal must be kept on a leash in all parts of the Centre. Dogs are only accepted in certain stores.
IMPORTANT : Do not leave your pet in your car.
WHEELCHAIRS
Did you know that our Centre has the Tourism Handicap label? As a result, it is accessible to people with reduced mobility and fully equipped accordingly. Wheelchairs are available for free at reception. If you wish to borrow one, we recommend that you book in advance by contacting our reception by telephone on 04 88 93 40 00 or by sending an email to accueil.provence@mcarthurglen.com.
STROLLERS
Strollers are available at the reception of our Centre to facilitate your day and that of your children !
TAX REFUND
Did you know ? As Non-EU citizens can make their shopping experience even more rewarding by receiving a tax refund on all products purchased in participating stores.
To qualify, you must:
Be resident outside the EU
Be over 16 years old
Have purchased a minimum of €100.01 in our participating stores on the same day.
Do you meet all of these criteria?
Visit Guest Services with all your receipts where we will process your tax refund on-site;
When you are at the airport and about to leave the European Union, show customs officials your purchases, your receipts and your passport. They will validate the refund.

IMPORTANT: French expatriates must provide a consular card or a residence card abroad in addition to their passport.
