PRESENTATION
Visually impaired from birth, his disability did not prevent him from joining his current club, the Rowing Club de Marseille, in 1994 and later becoming its president. True local talent, he participated with his team to the Paralympic Games of London 2012, Rio 2016 and Tokyo 2020 where together they won the bronze medal for the mixed coxed four.
Today, after a long period of preparation and his official qualification last June, Rémy is more than ever ready to fly the flag for France in the para-aviron events !
Come and support Rémy and his team during the qualifying rounds on Friday, August 30 at 12:10 p.m., then vibrate with them for the final on Sunday, September 1 at 12:30 p.m. at the nautical stadium of Vaires-sur-Marne (east of Paris)! McArthurGlen Provence is a Tourisme & Handicap (Disability & Tourism) labeled centre and actively supports local talents, embodiment of sporting values and especially para-sports by supporting Rémy Taranto through his quest for a medal at the Paris 2024 Paralympic Games.
