Make way for modernity and elegance as we bid farewell to the dome structure typical of the 1990s, replacing it with a new, majestic, and refined arch.
The spectacular work is being carried out at night so that our customers can continue to visit our stores without any restrictions!

New gourmet spaces !
The Baltard-style half-timbered buildings will soon be ready to welcome new dining options.
In this authentic and majestic setting, Farinella will soon be opening its doors, offering you a taste of Italy with table service or takeaway, depending on your preference.
On the new esplanade, the Five Guys restaurant will also enhance the experience, allowing you to discover its famous burgers in a completely redesigned setting.

Come and discover the brand new esplanade, the beating heart of the Center.
An open and bright space, adorned with three recently planted oak trees and elegant street lamps, now welcomes visitors in a friendly and modern atmosphere.
Three buildings line this square: our reception area, designed to make your shopping experience smoother and more enjoyable; Palais des Thés, for tastings and gourmet moments; and soon the Five Guys restaurant, which will join the esplanade in a dedicated building to treat you to its famous burgers.
This transformation combines elegance, modernity, and comfort to offer you a place to visit... and live, more inspiring than ever and so typical of our city center in Troyes.
Nouvelle Esplanade
Walkways and new green spaces
Stroll at your own pace! The walkways have been widened in the Champagne style, with new pediments and renovated half-timbered cladding. Enjoy more comfortable walks in a welcoming, airy setting sheltered from the elements.
The green spaces have been redesigned to create a more pleasant and welcoming environment. Planting has begun, but it will take a little patience before you can see the full beauty unfold.
The Nigloland playground is now open !
Since the end of July, work has been underway in front of Mephisto and Maison 123 to transform the playground into a true Nigloland world… and it’s now open and ready to welcome you !
A brand-new 242 m² space dedicated to children, featuring playful and enchanting worlds inspired by the park’s famous mascots.

The North Etrance Gets a Makeover
The charm of half-timbered buildings now extends to the north entrance of Centre. The new, majestic building now houses two new stores.
Ravensburger, the famous brand of board games, puzzles, and creative products, occupies the first store, in a much larger space to better welcome you.
The second store is now occupied by My-Kare, the very first Korean skincare outlet store in France.
These new facilities are located next to Mephisto, offering a convenient and elegant space for all visitors.

Let's preserve the biodiversity of McArthurGlen Troyes!
Our outlet centre is reinventing itself with respect for the environment and local biodiversity. At every stage of the work, we are doing everything possible to preserve the flora and fauna that make our site so rich. We have carried out a census of local species and will be planting endemic plants to maintain the ecological balance and ensure a preserved natural environment.
But our commitment does not stop there. Materials dismantled during the work are recycled as much as possible, thus limiting the environmental impact of the renovation. We are also installing charging stations for electric vehicles and working with local artisans in short supply chains to support a sustainable economy.
Recharge your car (and your wardrobe)
By the end of 2025, McArthurGlen Troyes will be stepping up a gear with 40 charging stations, some of which will be reserved for people with reduced mobility. Even more spaces in our car parks, and still free of charge! A step forward for more sustainable shopping that is accessible to all!
